Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you only when full payment has been received.

Because beer and other alcoholic beverages are food and drink products, you may not have a right to cancel once items have been opened, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise unsuitable for return for health, safety, or resale reasons.
You must inspect your order on delivery. If any item is incorrect, damaged, faulty, or missing, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@weareselection.co.uk.
Where a refund is approved, it will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts, or voucher codes. These may be subject to additional terms, including expiry dates, minimum spend requirements, and exclusions.
